The Hart Highlands Winter Club and the industry as a whole, are confident that we will be welcoming guests again this winter.  Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our new Covid-19 Safety & Protocols that will be in effect for this upcoming season.  All of these are subject to change at any time as we move along through this new way of life.  

• Masks or Face coverings will be required for all indoor and outdoor spaces this includes lift lines and ski racks.  This is mandatory for all our staff and guests.  For the safety of the community there will be NO medical exemptions. 
• At this time we will not be implementing any reservation systems or limiting daily/nightly ticket sales, we do ask that you consider shortening the length of your visit or come during quieter hours.  
• Everyone is to respect social distancing guidelines both inside and outside.  Safety Signage will be posted.
• All indoor spaces will have a reduced capacity posted. 
• ​Outdoor spaces for seating will be provided 
• Contact tracing will be posted at multiple locations through the hill. 

• Face Masks/coverings mandatory.
• Proof of Vaccination required for all indoor dining over the age of 12years.
  
• Capacity reduced by area, please check signage and follow staff directions. 
  • ​Each area of operation will have their own safety plans & procedures to follow.
  • Hand sanitation stations available in every area. 
• Social distancing measures in place. 
• Rental shop has separate ENTRY door.
• Follow signage, one way in and one way out. 
• Please respect Social Distancing.
• Please change in your vehicle or at home if possible, we do NOT have storage available due to COVID guidelines.   This is an industry standard, NO exceptions.

• Groups structure determined by provincial governing body.
• User agreement signed for current season. 
• Staggered start times or scheduled days will be planned to off set large groups.
• Warm up (stretching) areas located on top of hill.  Please space your groups out. 

• All staff will receive proper training on the new protocols and procedures in place. 
• 11 zones established with daily and frequent cleaning schedules posted.  Janitorial team to take care of. 
• High touch surfaces such as doors, stair railings, washrooms, tables etc will be cleaned and disinfected frequently. 
• Hand sanitizing  areas will be provided. 
• ​Lots of new signage about directions, procedures and protocols will be in place.  ​
• New First Aid outbuilding at side of lodge.
